We have incorporated into the design features to prevent the difficulties that we have experienced with previous models.
For example:
* Bowl drive is by rubber friction wheel with self adjusting drive pressure.
This absorbs the repeated shock loads that wear gear drive systems.
* The bowl locking system lifts the trolley and locks it against the body of the mixer removing the risk of misalignment.
* The bowl trolley height is more convenient for manual unloading
* The machine stands on feet clear of the floor allowing easy cleaning.
*l A hinged flap at the front of the guard can be opened to test the dough or add liquids without lifting the head of the machine.
