The detachable block range of hand operated potato chippers have interchangeable upper blocks and lower knife frames. Blocks and knife frames are available for producing 8mm (5/16â€), 10mm (3/8â€), 12.5mm (1/2â€) or 15mm (5/8â€) chips. Also available is a block and frame potato wedger which will cut a whole potato into 8 wedge shaped pieces.
