Plate Perforated Pastry
Any utensil or blued steel sheet metal, by the nature of the material requires special maintenance precautions. Indeed, a rusting can occur if the utensil stays in a humid environment or if it has not been thoroughly dried after washing. It is advisable to lightly grease the blued sheet between each use to minimize the occurrence of this phenomenon.
