Lux 300
Heavy duty vertical slicer with a 300mm blade. Made from highly polished, satin finish, anodised food grade aluminium, built in self aligning sharpening unit. Hollow ground hard chrome blade. Powerful twin v-belt driven transmission, adjustable thickness control gives cuts from 1 to 15mm on the 300mm slicer and up to 25mm on the 350mm model.
Cutting capacity is 245mm
Max slice thickness is 15mm
Recommended usage is 12 hrs a day. Great for medium sized deli's, large restaurants and any institution that runs a slicer for most of the day.
